Marianne Furru has a MSc in Process Engineering from NTH and a BSc in Business Economy from BI Norwegian Business School. She has several years of experience within executive search and assessment from Belsenso. She started her career as a Project engineer in oil and gas in Norconsult, and participated in large projects with Norsk Hydro. She has filled a lot of manager positions within the industry, e.g. Production manager at DYNO Industries, Production manager at Alpharma, and Operation Executive in Orkla. At Regal in Orkla she was responsible for all operation at the factories in Oslo and Kristiansand. She has previously been Department manager in Folkeinstituttet, with project-, production- and sales/marketing responsibilities for vaccines and new cancer medicines. Marianne’s experience is also based on her directorships in Norsk Biotekforum and Bionor Pharma ASA.

Ingrid Solvberg holds a Master of Science in Marine Technology from NTH, with further specialization in Technology Management from NTNU and NHH. With over 30 years of experience in the energy and technology sectors across both private and public enterprises—more than 20 of which in leadership roles—Ingrid offers a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and solid executive experience.
 
She began her career as a subsea engineer at Statoil (now Equinor), and has held key leadership positions in development, operations, technology, commercial activity and HSE. As Director General of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, she led the management of Norway’s oil and gas resources and regulatory oversight. She has also held leadership roles at Centrica Energi Norge and Vår Energi. She brings extensive board experience as chair and member across industries such as maritime operations, supply industry, renewable energy, telecommunications, and culture. Throughout her career, Ingrid has developed a deep understanding of complex technical environments, communication strategy and organizational dynamics.
 
As a recruitment partner, Ingrid leverages her broad network, executive and board experience, and industry knowledge to identify and attract top candidates for technical roles and strategic leadership positions. Her approach is grounded in integrity, insight, and a long-term perspective—for both clients and candidates.

Johanna Larson holds a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources from the University of Gothenburg. Before joining Gevir Group, she gaines valuable experience through a recruitment/HR internship at a IT/Tech consulting company in Gothenburg. During her internship, she developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, candidate screeing and employer branding, particularly within the tech industry. At Gevir Group, Johanna are working with recruitment of engineers and other positions.

Maria Wathne Løkke holds a bachelor`s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School in Trondheim and works as a Researcher at Gevir Group. With an analytical approach and a strong understanding of organizational and occupational psychology, Maria contributes to identifying and assessing the right candidates for our clients. She has now begun a Master`s degree in Human Resources and Talent Development, further enhancing her expertise in talent development and strategic HR.
