Marianne Furru has a MSc in Process Engineering from NTH and a BSc in Business Economy from BI Norwegian Business School. She has several years of experience within executive search and assessment from Belsenso. She started her career as a Project engineer in oil and gas in Norconsult, and participated in large projects with Norsk Hydro. She has filled a lot of manager positions within the industry, e.g. Production manager at DYNO Industries, Production manager at Alpharma, and Operation Executive in Orkla. At Regal in Orkla she was responsible for all operation at the factories in Oslo and Kristiansand. She has previously been Department manager in Folkeinstituttet, with project-, production- and sales/marketing responsibilities for vaccines and new cancer medicines. Marianne’s experience is also based on her directorships in Norsk Biotekforum and Bionor Pharma ASA.
Benedicte has a Master of Science in Computer Science, NTNU. Furthermore, Benedicte has Management experience from Elop, Cognizant and Atkins and additionally, Real estate experience from Aberdeen Property Investors. Benedicte has extensive experience in IT management, business development, consulting and project management.
Målfrid has a BSc in Business Administration and Management experience from Wallenius Wilhelmsen, EUKOR (Korea), UECC and Maersk. Målfrid has broad experience in HR, change management, transformation and digitization.
